Privacy policy
This document describes the rules for processing personal data submitted through the website and the contact form.
1. Data controller

2. Scope and purpose of processing
The data provided in the contact form (phone number and message content) is processed solely in order to respond to the enquiry submitted and to prepare a commercial offer. Providing the data is voluntary but necessary in order to respond to your enquiry.
3. Legal basis
Processing is carried out on the basis of the consent of the data subject (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and in order to take steps at the request of that person prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
4. Retention period
We keep the data for the time necessary to handle the enquiry, and subsequently for the period required by law or until consent is withdrawn.
5. Rights of the data subject
- the right to access your data and to obtain a copy of it,
- the right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing,
- the right to withdraw consent at any time,
- the right to data portability,
- the right to object to processing,
- the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (the Polish supervisory authority).
6. Data recipients
The data may be entrusted to entities providing hosting and email services, solely to the extent necessary to handle correspondence.
7. Cookies and analytics
The website does not use cookies requiring consent for its essential operation. Once you have given consent, we use the analytical cookies of Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited), which help us understand how visitors use the site (e.g. number of visits, most frequently viewed pages). This data is statistical in nature.
Analytics is activated only after you click the "Accept" button in the cookie banner. We use the Google Consent Mode v2 mechanism — until consent is given, Google services operate in a mode that denies data storage. We remember your choice locally in your browser (localStorage).
You can change your decision at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of the page. Refusing consent does not affect your ability to use the website.
In connection with the use of Google Analytics, the data may also be processed by Google LLC and transferred outside the European Economic Area on the basis of appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework). The data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.
In the event of any discrepancy between the language versions, the Polish-language version prevails.
